AB Charity Foundation (AB Foundation X AB Blockchain) announced today the addition of 10 internationally prominent statespersons and global affairs experts to its Senior Advisory Board. This strategic expansion reinforces the Foundation’s role as a leading think tank, advancing technology-enabled philanthropy and global collaboration.
With these new members, the Foundation’s advisory network now encompasses five continents and nearly 30 former and current heads of state, international organization leaders, and policy specialists. This diverse group forms a “Global Philanthropy Strategy Engine” that bridges cultures, sectors, and institutions.
Bertie Ahern, Chair of the Foundation and former Prime Minister of Ireland, remarked, “We welcome these visionary and action-oriented advisors to AB. ‘Tech for Good’ is a global cooperative endeavor—only by combining governance expertise with technological innovation can we build a trusted, inclusive, and sustainable global philanthropy ecosystem.”
The Foundation plans to continue expanding its governance network and deepen partnerships with the United Nations, international NGOs, government bodies, and top technology companies. Its mission is to drive “verifiable acts of goodwill” across critical areas such as education, healthcare, environmental protection, and humanitarian relief.
