South Korean encryption exchange Coinone suspected of taking bribes to list at least 46 tokens

According to news on May 22, from December 2019 to November last year, there were at least 46 types of tokens that the executives and staff of the South Korean encryption exchange Coinone were suspected of accepting bribes for listing. One quarter of all listed currencies.

The relevant person in charge of the South Korean prosecutors said: “In the process of additional investigations in the future, the number of tokens involved may further increase.” Kim, the former head of Coinone’s currency listing team, and Hwang, a currency listing broker, were suspected of accepting bribes of 1.94 billion won ( about 14.71 million U.S. dollars) and 1.04 billion won (about 7.89 million U.S. dollars).
