Bybit Introduces Limit Orders to Convert Tool, Enhancing User Control with Zero Fees

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has upgraded its Convert tool by adding Limit Order functionality. This enhancement empowers users with greater control over crypto asset conversions while maintaining the platform’s hallmark zero trading fees.

Unlike Instant Orders, which execute immediately at current market prices, Limit Orders enable users to specify a target conversion price. Transactions are only executed when the market price meets or surpasses the user’s set threshold, offering strategic flexibility in volatile markets.

Key features of Bybit’s new Limit Orders include:

Price Control: Users can set preferred conversion rates and wait for favorable market conditions.

Zero Fees: Both Limit and Instant Orders are exempt from trading fees.

Order Validity: Orders remain active for up to 30 days, with funds securely locked until execution or expiration.

User Management: Orders can be monitored or canceled anytime through the Conversion History tab.

It is important to note that quotes displayed on the Convert page are based on real-time exchange rates and operate independently of Bybit’s Spot market prices. The accompanying chart serves as a reference and does not reflect historical Convert rates.

This update underscores Bybit’s commitment to delivering accessible, high-performance tools tailored for both novice and seasoned traders alike.
